Home Learning

It is vital that pupils continue to learn at home. In a primary school setting there is no substitute for being in a classroom with a teacher and support staff, most especially for our younger children.

All class teachers will send home ‘homework packs’ for the children to complete. If the school closure lasts for an extended period we will post out new packs after the Easter break.

Years 3 to 6 should  log onto Google Classroom (https://classroom.google.com) where they will find open ended investigations to complete at home. Teachers will also be available in term time to support children.  You will also be able to access educational websites for all subjects on the Stamford Hill website. If you have already removed your child from school, a home work pack will be posted out to you.

All national tests - SATs and phonics assessments - have been cancelled for this year so children in Years 1, 2 and 6 will not have to be concerned about these.
